2008 Farm Bill Extension

The news of the farm bill extension passing attached to fiscal cliff legislation has garnered many reactions from agriculture and commodity organizations. While something is likely better than nothing, the frustration that Congress couldn't pull together a solid piece of five-year legislation before the necessary deadline is apparent across the board.
