Still, the Department of Homeland Security wants to know if you have more than 2,000 lbs. of ammonium nitrate, 60,000 lbs. of propane, 10,000 lbs. of anhydrous ammonia or 400 lbs. of either potassium nitrate or sodium nitrate. Those amounts of fuels and fertilizers are on the “Top Screen” list that requires registration by Jan. 22 at: www.dhs.gov/xprevprot/programs/gc_1169503302924.shtm.
