Agway To Be Sold To Growmark

Agway Inc., DeWitt, NY, has received permission from U.S. bankruptcy court to sell its Agronomy and Seedway businesses to Growmark Inc., Bloomington, IL, according to Doane's Agricultural Report.

Growmark is also buying Agway's investment in CF Industries and Allied Seed.
