All Iowa farmers, independent and commercial agronomists and others with an interest in row crop production are invited to attend the Iowa Soybean Association’s annual On-Farm Network Conference, which will be held Feb. 21, 2007 at the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Center in Ames.

Check-in begins at 7 a.m., with the first session kicking off at 8 a.m. The registration fee, which includes lunch and conference papers, is $75. Fees are waived for growers who participate in the On-Farm Network.

More than nitrogen will be covered

The conference, which began seven years ago to focus on nitrogen management, will feature a number of nitrogen topics again this year. The nitrogen management session will be presented twice, at 8 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. In addition, there will be breakout sessions to cover other On-Farm Network replicated strip trial studies of fungicide use in both corn and soybeans, seed applied insecticides in corn, and other subjects, including the technology on which these studies are based. You may register for the conference by telephone or online.

To register online, go to www.iasoybeans.com or www.isafarmnet.com and click on On-Farm Network 2007 Conference in the “What’s New” or “New” sections.

By telephone, call 800-383-1423 and ask for extension 233.
