Biodiesel Cuts Toxins

Biodiesel significantly reduces health threats and offers a 90% reduction in many air toxins compared to petroleum-based diesel fuel. That's according to a research paper selected for publication by the Society of Automotive Engineers.

Co-authored by Steve Howell of MARC-IV, Chris Sharp of the Southwest Research Institute and Joe Jobe, National Biodiesel Board executive director, the paper was one of 2,000 submitted. Only 284 were chosen for publication.
