NCGA Responds to Top 10 Corn and Ethanol Myths

Dec 18, 2007 4:01 PM, Source: National Corn Growers Association

As part of its campaign to educate consumers and the news media, the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) has developed a one-page document responding to the top-10 myths about corn production and ethanol production.

“It amazes us how people are quick to repeat what they read or hear, without getting the truth or the complete story,” says Rick Tolman, NCGA’s chief executive officer. “Spreading the word about corn and ethanol, and their valuable contributions to our country’s economy, is an important part of our work.”
