Scouting, Digging for Corn Rootworm Damage

CSD Editor Kurt Lawton attended a root dig to look for corn rootworm damage. He talked to Jeff Housman, district agronomis, Mycogen. Housman advises farmers to get out and walk corn fields to scout for corn rootworm damage. He says to start digging roots and evaluate them for corn rootworm pressure.

Housman also talked about management strategies, including: crop rotation, mode of action rotation and refuge compliance. "Management strategies are key," he says.

I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.You’ve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better? cheap flowers delivered
