Billed as the single-largest product introduction in their history, John Deere last month introduced an array of new and retooled products — ranging from 4WD tractors to minimum-till rippers and blades.
“This effort shows we're taking a much higher profile in the global market,” says Doug DeVries, VP of North American Marketing. Here's a look at the new tractor division news:
9020 And 9020T Series
John Deere introduces five new 4WD models, ranging from 280 to 450 engine hp, and three large track models, ranging from 375 to 450 engine hp. Deere PowerTech engines, 8.1 liter in the 9120 and 12.5 liter in the 9220-9520, power the new 4WD offerings, the broadest in Deere's history.

8020 And 8020T Series
Five wheel models and five track models with horsepower ranging from 170 to 255 pto hp make up the 8020 series. All feature the PowerTech 8.1 liter high pressure common rail engine.

6020 Series Tractors
New technology, configurations and options for specialty markets are part of the new 6020 Series. The tractors are powered by John Deere 4-cylinder, 4.5 liter PowerTech engines and are offered in 65-90 pto hp.

6003 Series
The new 6003 Series tractors bring Deere into a smaller hp range, targeting a “value-priced” customer. There are two models that comprise the 6003 series line-up: the 85-hp 6403 with 4.5 liter PowerTech engine and the 95-hp 6603 with 6.8 liter PowerTech engine.
