Global Biofuel Use Could Double in 6 Years

Analysis by Hart's Global Biofuels Center in Houston shows that worldwide usage of biofuels is likely to double between 2009 and 2015, according to The Brock Report. That's despite ongoing controversies over changes in land usage and the use of feedstocks that can also contribute to food production to make fuel.

The Global Biofuels Outlook indicates that six years from now, 12-14% of the global gasoline pool will be ethanol.
