Commodity Classic This Week In SoCal

Anaheim, CA, will be host this week to not only tourists hitting the beach and doing Disneyland – but also thousands of wheat, corn, soybean and sorghum growers attending the Commodity Classic. And there will be nothing “Mickey Mouse” about the numerous National Association of Wheat Growers (NAWG) committee and board meetings at the huge agricultural event Wednesday through Saturday at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Sec. of Agriculture Tom Vilsack will be keynote speaker March 5 during the huge ag expo, where NAWG will meet jointly with representatives of the National Corn Growers Association, American Soybean Association and National Sorghum Producers.

Corn & Soybean Digest editors will be reporting from Commodity Classic. Look for various convention-related posts on the magazine’s Web site at http://www.cornandsoybeandigest.com. Corn & Soybean Digest and our sister publication Farm Industry News are gold sponsors of Commodity Classic, as is Pioneer, a DuPont Business.
