Your article, “Changing Hands: If Democrats gain control of Congress will farm programs be cut?” leads people to believe the Democrats would work to lower the deficit through spending cuts on programs.

When was the last time you actually saw Democrats promote spending cuts? Tell is like it is. Democrats don't have the reputation “tax and spend” for nothing!
