Organics Sue Over GM Contamination

Monsanto and Aventis have another lawsuit to contend with. This time it's for allegedly introducing transgenic canola into the environment, contending that it makes it “impossible” to organically grow the crop, according to the Saskatchewan Organic Directorate.

Members of the Directorate are seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop Monsanto from introducing Roundup Ready wheat.
