Prism Business Media Inc. d/b/a The Corn And Soybean Digest, AGCO Gleaner, AGCO, Syngenta Crop Protection and Cargill Certified SolutionPro (collectively, “Sponsors”), are offering the MarketMaxx Grain Marketing online contest (“Contest”). No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. This Contest is Void Where Prohibited.

The Contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older as of December 1, 2006, who is actively engaged in crop farming and has not served as a licensed commodity broker within the last 5 years. Further, the contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of the Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents (including advertising and promotion agencies) and their family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible for the Contest.

The Contest begins at 12 a.m., Monday, January 2, 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Entries can be submitted at anytime up to June 1, 2007, but we recommend that participants enter prior to January 2, 2007. You can enter by going to www.MarketMaxx.net and clicking on “Sign Up to Play.” Only one contest entry per person will be permitted. Only one prize will be awarded per winner. A past winner will not be eligible for the same prize more than once. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Sponsors will not be responsible for lost or misdirected entries. The only way to enter the Contest is online via the Internet.

Each participating entrant will be given a simulated volume of 100,000 bushels of corn and 50,000 bushels of soybeans as a marketing base at the time they enter the contest. Entrants will place simulated sell orders in quantities on dates and times of their determination during the course of the contest.

All entrants must have submitted orders to price 100,000 bushels of corn and 50,000 bushels of soybeans by Oct. 31, 2007. Anyone who does not do this will not be eligible to win. On October 31, 2007, the entrants who have achieved the highest average selling price per bushel for corn and the highest average selling price for soybeans will each be determined winners, provided they comply with all Contest rules and meet all Contest requirements.

Contest participants can sell and buy back 2007 Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) soybean and 2007 CBOT corn futures or options in 5,000 bushel increments during market hours (the system uses 10-minute delayed quotes) as often as you want during the market hours. At-the-market futures and options orders will be filled within 10 minutes of submitting the trade if submitted within exchange trading hours. If submitted after hours, orders will be filled when the market opens the next day. Set price and stop order trades will be filled when the set price or stop is realized.

Participants can make cash sales in any full-bushel increment at any time. At-the-market cash orders will be filled within 10 minutes of submitting the trade. Cash orders above-the-market will be filled when the set price is realized. Participants cannot sell more of a commodity than they own.

Any open order can be deleted before the trade is filled. Each participant's net position cannot be negative and may not exceed 100,000 bushels of corn or 50,000 bushels of soybeans at any time during the contest. A net position is defined as the sum of cash positions, long futures and long call options less the sum of short futures, long put options and short call options.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. The Contest will take place under the supervision of Prism Business Media Inc., whose decisions entrants are required to agree are final. Potential winners will be notified by mail on or about November 10, 2007. To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope after November 10, 2007, to The Corn And Soybean Digest, 7900 International Drive, Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55425. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place.

First prize in the 2007 corn marketing contest will be one year's use of a Gleaner R5 or A5 series combine, not to exceed 100 combine separator hours. First prize in the 2007 soybean marketing contest will be one year's use of an AGCO RT or DT series tractor, not to exceed 250 tractor engine hours. Second place in the 2007 corn and soybean marketing contest will be a complete computer system including software.

Sponsors make no warranties with regard to the prizes. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made except by the Sponsors in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsors will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Registration to participate in the contest constitutes permission to use the winner's name, picture, likeness and city and state of residence for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Submission of an entry constitutes entrant's consent to irrevocably assign to Sponsors any and all rights to their entry including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. Potential winners and any guests who will share in the prize will each be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification, failing which the potential winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person.

The winners will be required to pay all taxes on prizes won.

All entrants release Sponsors, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this from any and all liability from injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSORS, THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.

Failure to execute and return any requested document within fourteen (14) days of postmark, or return of notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

All entries become the sole property of Sponsors and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR(S) RESERVE(S) THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
