The MF8780 XP rotary combine from Massey Ferguson offers fast, clean harvesting and on-the-go unloading.
The combine is powered by an electronically controlled 285-hp, 2,200-rpm Cummins Quantum System engine. A Power Bulge provides 305 hp at 2,000 rpm to maintain performance in tough harvesting conditions and during on-the-go unloading.
A unique rotor threshing system with an inlet beater, 44" feeder elevator and large concave threshing area, along with a direct-discharge rotor and large chaffer and sieve, are designed for maximum cleaning.
Other features include load-sensing hydraulics; hydrostatic ground drive; a four speed, constant-mesh transmission; and heavy-duty final drives.
