Syngenta Seeds, Inc.’s Genetic Diversity Provides Yield Advantages over the Competition

Leading the industry in genetic diversity and trait technology, Syngenta Seeds delivers maximum yield to corn growers

MINNETONKA, MINN. — Syngenta Seeds, Inc. today reported impressive corn harvest results for their yield-maximizing hybrids available from its Garst, Golden Harvest and NK Seeds businesses.

Our commitment to delivering diverse genetics combined with high-performance traits is really proving its yield advantage in the field this fall,” said Tracy Mader, head of Syngenta Seeds’ corn and soybeans product marketing. “Additionally, in areas where the Goss’s wilt outbreak occurred, growers are experiencing the risk reduction benefits of Syngenta’s diverse genetics with hybrids tolerant to this challenging disease.”

Syngenta’s outstanding performance this growing season can be attributed to their wide offering of products featuring innovative Agrisure® traits, coupled with diverse genetics developed from the industry’s deepest germplasm pool. For 2011, Syngenta is introducing 140 new corn hybrids to growers.

Numerous Syngenta corn hybrids have shown substantial yield advantages over comparable DeKalb and Pioneer products this season across the United States.
