James Wiesemeyer, senior VP, policy and trade issues at Informa Economics, talks about what’s happening with cap-and-trade legislation in Washington, D.C. He also talks about where the money from the stimulus bills (currently the Jobs Bill) is going and how much of it will have an impact on agriculture.
