Each tractor undergoes numerous inspections and quality control steps to ensure minimal set up at the dealer's location and trouble-free operation for the new owner.

Hood and panel installation
Five models of the Challenger MT600D Series row crop tractors are now manufactured in Jackson, MN. Manufacturing of the MT500D Series will begin in 2012. Here the hood and side panels are being installed.

Paint curing
The paint on chassis is a single coat, high solid which is electrostatically applied. Each chassis requires approximately 30 minutes to paint.

Hydraulic system
A hydraulic system is installed on a machine in the newly expanded manufacturing center. Hydraulic system validation includes pressurizing the system to identify and correct leaks before painting and again before the tractor leaves the line.

Assembly line
Workers stationed on the line inside the newly expanded, state-of-the-art manufacturing center. The Jackson manufacturing facility now produces five Series and 21 models of Massey Ferguson and Challenger wheeled, track and 4WD articulated tractors.
