The University of Minnesota is partnering with neighboring states this year to host:
Midwest Strip Tillage Expo at Waterloo, IA, July 31 in conjunction with Iowa State University and the University of Wisconsin.
Northern Strip Tillage Expo near Fergus Falls, MN, and Wahpeton, ND, on August 14 in conjunction with North Dakota State University.
Last year’s conferences were very well attended. Both will feature field demonstrations of strip-tillage implements from about 10 manufacturers, as well as autoguidance units and strip-till related equipment. The expos will also feature indoor education sessions on crop and equipment management for strip tillage, as well as noon farmer panels with experienced strip tillers.
