Tracking Corn’s Progress

Corn producers can now track their peers’ fields as well as their own on the Internet by logging on to www.CornTrak.com. This Web site is powered by Doane Agricultural Services and fueld by in-field crop consultants. It provides free, weekly snapshots of growing conditions in 11 key Midwestern states and the Delmarva.

Consultants post their findings on field conditions in 50 U.S. counties. Reports include information on stress levels, insect pressures, diseases and weeds.

In addition, check out Nebraska’s site at http://CropWatch.unl.edu for more scouting reports.
